Enjoy special access as a member of Flying Co
Our Flying Co members can now enjoy priviledged access to the Upper Class Wing at London Heathrow Terminal 3 when travelling to the airport in their own cars or privately booked transfers, when travelling in Upper Class. So even if your Upper Class booking doesn't include a chauffeur driven car, you can still enjoy a smooth transfer from car to Clubhouse in just 10 minutes, with Drive Thru Check In facilities, baggage concierge, and a dedicated Private Security Channel.

Booking is available up to 12 hours before departure by calling your dedicate team on 0844 412 2415 between 8am and 6pm. You'll be required to give your booking reference, passenger names and passport details, vehicle details and the estimated time of arrival.
Please note that there is no valet parking facility when using the Upper Class Wing. Access to the Upper Class Wing sadly cannot be granted without pre-arrangement.

Our new A330's take off
We've taken delivery of 2 of our new fleet of 10 Airbus A330 planes, Beauty Queen and Mademoiselle Rouge. The arrival of our A330's heralds a new era at our airline. We've partnered with JetBlue
We've launched a new transatlantic interline partnership with New York’s hometown airline JetBlue Airways. This partnership will offer our passengers a streamlined journey between our three UK airports and a variety of JetBlue’s destinations across the US and Puerto Rico including Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, San Diego, San Juan and Tampa. Under the agreement, passengers will be able to purchase single itineraries combining travel on us and JetBlue meaning they can check in baggage all the way through to their final destination.
