Flying Co miles can be spent on upgrades when purchasing a qualifying Economy (Y, B, L) or Premium Economy (W,K,S) fare type.

Upgrade reward flights are subject to availability and popular dates may be limited.

You can request a flight upgrade no later than the day before departure, by calling the Flying Co helpline on 08441 43 42 41* Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

The upgrade will be added into the company traveller's booking. If the company traveller does not receive their upgrade at check in, the Flying Co Administrator/Secondary contact must call the Flying Co helpline no later than 14 working days after the flight has been taken for the miles to be recredited to the Flying Co account.

You can call the Flying Co helpline to check whether an upgrade is likely to be available. Upgrades can't be guaranteed however, and will only be confirmed on receipt of the company traveller receiving their boarding pass from the check in agent on the day of departure.

If you have previously redeemed Flying Co miles for an Upgrade Voucher, valid vouchers will still be accepted at the airport if the upgrade is available and confirmed at check in.

A space available upgrade can only be requested once the original booking has been made by calling our Contact Centre.
