*NEW* Reward Upgrades can be requested up until the day before departure by calling the Flying Co helpline. If we're unable to secure your travellers their reward upgrade in advance, they can now ask our check in staff to check for availability when they get to the airport. Flying Co miles can only be redeemed from an account if prior arrangement has been made with your dedicated team, but your travellers now have much more chance of getting that upgrade at the airport, as our airport staff can check availability right up to the minute your traveller boards the plane.

Flying Co miles can be spent on upgrades when purchasing a qualifying Economy (Y, B, R, L) or Premium Economy (W,K,S) fare.
