You can book car rental by calling the Flying Co helpline** at least seven working days in advance. The voucher will then be sent to the Flying Co Administrator/Secondary Contact within five working days.

Once you receive your voucher you should then call Hertz direct to make your booking (we'll supply the numbers you require with the voucher).

Please call Hertz at least 24 hours in advance, and mention that:

• your company traveller is a member of Virgin Atlantic's Flying Club; and
  
• they'll be using a Flying Club reward; and
  
• confirm the voucher number.

The company traveller should show the voucher, and their Flying Club membership card, when collecting the car. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

*If the reward is to be taken outside the UK, the Hertz rental office will convert to local currency at the exchange rate of the day.
