Flying Co is a simple way to make your travel budget go further, and we can help manage your business travel arrangements too. We have a dedicated team on hand to book your travel, assist with your account queries and book rewards for you. And the miles you earn will be valid for as long as your company maintains its membership.

How do you qualify for Flying Co?
To join Flying Co you'll need:

• a minimum of two employees who travel on business.
  
  
• the ability to earn 20,000 core Flying Co miles every 12 months. That’s the equivalent of three Upper Class flights to Cape Town, or four Premium Economy flights to San Francisco.
  
  
• two employees who will act as the administrators of the company’s account.
  
  

Great for your travellers
Flying Co rewards both your company and your travellers. Whilst your company will earn Flying Co miles on your business travel, your travellers will also earn miles for their own personal use at the same time. Each traveller will need to be a member of Flying Club, our seriously rewarding loyalty programme. Don’t worry if they’re not already members - it’s quick and easy to join online and get a membership number straight away. Then you simply link your travellers Flying Club account to your company’s Flying Co account, and quote their number every time you book. Then whenever they travel on business they’ll earn Flying Club miles for themselves, and Flying Co miles for your company.

Booking through a Travel Agent?
If you use a Travel Agent to book your business travel, you can still join Flying Co and earn miles for your company on the travel they book for you. To earn your Flying Co miles, the Travel Agent will simply need to add the traveller's personal Flying Club membership number to any bookings and, as this is linked to your company’s Flying Co account, your company will also earn miles.

Companies who have a direct corporate route deal with Virgin Atlantic do not qualify for Flying Co.
