Q When will my Flying Co membership expire?
A Your Flying Co membership contract period runs for 12 months and will run to the end of the calendar month the following year, irrespective of the day you joined. For example, if you joined Flying co on 16 March 2004 your Flying Co account will expire on 31 March 2005.

Q What activity does my company have to undertake in order to renew my Flying Co account?
A If your company has earned at least 20,000 Flying Co miles* within a contract period, from at least two linked company travellers, your account will automatically be renewed. However, if your company has not earned 20,000 Flying Co miles within a contract period the Flying Co account will be terminated and the Flying Co Administrator and Secondary Contact will be notified via email.

*This target is based on core miles only, as shown on the Flying Co earning table and excludes any additional miles earned through promotional offers.
