VIRGIN ATLANTIC FLIGHTS
From 1984 onwards the list of Virgin Atlantic destinations has expanded to 9 in the USA, 8 in the Caribbean, 4 in Africa, 1 in India, 3 in the Far East as well as Australia and Ghana.
1990 Virgin Atlantic was the first airline to introduce individual TVs into all cabins. In 1994 we launched the first super-economy cabin, called Premium Economy. In 2003 we launched our award winning Upper Class Suite designed to be both a luxuriously comfortable seat and a superb fully-flat bed. 2007 saw the launch of our new terminal at T3, Heathrow and the new Upper Class Wing speeding business class passengers from their complimentary chauffeur-driven car to the Clubhouse effortlessly. In 2008 we were the first airline to fly a commercial aircraft on a biofuel blend.
