NOTICE OF DENIED BOARDING, CANCELLATION OR DELAY

Exceptionally, there may not be enough space available on a flight for all persons with confirmed reservations to be accommodated. Likewise, there may be instances where circumstances outside our reasonable control (such as weather conditions, air traffic control decisions or security risks) mean that a flight will be delayed or even cancelled. You will be entitled to compensation and certain other benefits if you are denied boarding because our request for persons to surrender their reservations in exchange for compensation and other benefits results in insufficient volunteers. Likewise, if your flight is subject to a delay which we reasonably expect to exceed four hours or is cancelled, you may be entitled certain benefits and, in some cases of cancellation, compensation as well. In all cases, please note that you will not be eligible for any compensation or benefits unless you hold a confirmed reservation and have presented yourself for check-in no less than 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time (except in case of earlier cancellation) and are not precluded from boarding by reason of non-compliance with our conditions of carriage.
