PAUL CHARLES - DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Paul Charles was appointed as Director of Corporate Communications for Virgin Atlantic in March 2006 and is responsible for public relations and communications strategy.

Before joining Virgin Atlantic, Paul was Director of Communications for Eurostar, where he launched the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. His work there helped him win a major award - PR Professional of The Year 2004. Prior to this, he was Group Head of Communications for the global software company, Misys. Until 2000, Paul spent a decade working for BBC News, reporting for programmes including Radio 4's Today and MoneyBox, BBC World Business Report and BBC2's The Money Programme.
