EARN MILES

Miles earned:

1 mile per USD spent during a qualified stay. During non qualifying room rates, 1 mile per USD on spend with Jumeirah - excluding room charges, can also be earned.

Any Flying Club member who stays with a Jumeirah Hotel or Resort for 15 nights or more in a calendar year, be that consecutive nights or a cumulative number of stays, will earn a bonus 5,000 miles.

Qualifying room rates to earn miles exclude airline employee rates, inter-company or employee discount rates, any complimentary, free of charge or barter rooms, any stays in connection with frequent traveller awards, gift certificates or other awards or discounts, wholesale, package tour operator, conference, travel industry discount, special disccounted and long stay rates.

Qualifying spend means all charges (exclusive of service charge or any taxes) when making use of the food and beverage or any related services including without limitation telephone calls and laundry services but excluding conference related and third party services.

HOW TO BOOK


  • Quote your Flying Club membership number at time of booking.

    Show your Flying Club membership card at check in.

  • Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing partner miles form. Please note: you have to be a logged in Flying Club member to view the Claim Missing Miles form.
