WELCOME TO VJAM

Virgin Atlantic’s VJAM programme is an open innovation initiative with NESTA, the UK’s National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts.

VJAM is all about co-innovation with Virgin Atlantic's customers and it blends topics that our customers are interested in with opportunities that make travel more social. The current VJAM services are listed below and more will be released over the next year. The Vjammers are Virgin Atlantic customers they are not directly affiliated with Virgin Atlantic. You can read more about our VJAM collaboration here.

Note that these are all Beta services which means that they are provided as best endeavours and support is provided by the Vjammers, not by Virgin Atlantic. Give them a go and feed back directly to the Vjammers.

Virgin Flight Tracker iPhone App

Flight Tracker

Virgin Atlantic’s first operational iPhone app. The free app provides useful information about flight status and Flying Club accounts, and also adds a couple of simple games and a handy global view of our network. Find out more

Taxi 2

The Taxi2 web site enables passengers to link up easily with other travellers who may be on their flight and traveling to a similar part of a city, so they can share the taxi ride.

FLYING CLUB AND FACEBOOK FLIGHT STATUS APP

This new Facebook application is a first of a kind in the airline world and will allow Flying Club members to view flight information and their Flying Club account through their Facebook Account.
