MEDICAL CONDITIONS
The following common medical conditions/injuries do not require medical clearance to fly, providing that the condition is stable and you currently feel well:
MOBILITY RELATED CONDITIONS
Conditions that include paralysis, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinson's disease do not require medical clearance. However if you intend to travel alone, please contact Special Assistance so that we can discuss any assistance that you may need on the ground or during the flight.
ALLERGIES
Allergies to food where a reaction is resolved with medication do not require clearance. However, if you have been hospitalised or required adrenaline treatment (EpiPen) in the last 30 days, please contact Special Assistance.
Please note - if you have a non-standard meal requirement because of your allergy, we require 48 hours notice to request this.
