TAKING SPORTS EQUIPMENT ON A FLIGHT WITH VIRGIN ATLANTIC

Virgin Atlantic allows one piece of sports equipment in addition to your free baggage allowance at no extra charge, as long as your sports equipment does not weigh more than 23kg. There are a few restrictions that are specific to the sports equipment you want to take with you, please follow the links below for further information.

Please note, for all bookings made before 25th November 2009, the maximum weight of your sports equipment should not weight more than 32Kg.

* Virgin Atlantic defines a firearm as anything that fires a projectile, whether it uses air, string or explosive.
