Reward flights may be booked online or over the phone. If flights are booked by telephone we'll need to verify the identity of the Flying Co Administrator/Secondary Contact by asking security questions.
Once we've issued a ticket you may be able to change the date, the route or class of service for a fee of GBP25 (subject to availability).
The usual passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges apply and must be paid by each company traveller.
