Eurostar also has two stations in Kent, Ebbsfleet International, is a short distrance from junction 2 off the M25 in north Kent and Ashford International is just off junction 10 of the M20 in south Kent. Both stations offer great facilities, plenty of car parking and are served by domestic rail. Catch the Disney service from Ashford and arrive at the gates of Disneyland Paris or explore the city centres of Paris, Brussels or Lille.
Travel in Standard Class and take advantage of the refreshments available for purchase in the bar buffet cars, or treat yourself to that little bit extra and travel in Leisure Select (Standard Premier from 1st September). With a large comfortable seat and complimentary refreshments served at your seat, travelling to the continent has never been easier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Passengers must present their Virgin Atlantic airline reward ticket in exchange for a valid Eurostar ticket at the appropriate ticket office listed below, not less than 1 hour prior to departure.

Ticketing Offices:
London St Pancras (Eurostar, Concourse, International Terminal) Ebbsfleet Kent (Eurostar Concourse, International Terminal) Ashford International (Kent) (Eurostar, Concourse, International Terminal) Paris (Gare du Nord)(SNCF/Eurostar, Mezzanine Level) Brussels (Gare Midi/Zuid)(SNCB/Eurostar, Concourse, International Terminal) Lille Europe(SNCF/Eurostar Concourse)

*Tickets cannot be exchanged at Disneyland Paris Terminal.

If a passenger fails to present an airline ticket for exchange as outlined above, the Eurostar Partner Railways shall accept no liability to the passenger, if such failure results in the passenger being unable to travel at the date and time booked or at all.

Once booking has been confirmed, no changes to the ticket can be made. Passengers may carry without charge up to two suitcases or rucksacks plus one small piece of hand luggage per person.

Please note that bookings on Eurostar can only be made up to 120 days before the date of travel subject to availability.

No bookings can be made inside 14 days of departure.
