Flying Co miles can be spent on upgrades when purchasing a qualifying Economy (Y, B, L, M) or Premium Economy (W,K,S) fare type. FLYING CO MILES NEEDED
Upgrade reward flights are subject to availability and popular dates may be limited.
You can book upgrade vouchers by calling the Flying Co helpline on 1 800 744 7477* at least five days before departure. We'll send a voucher to the Flying Co administrator/ Secondary Contact. The comany traveller will need to bring the voucher to the airport on the day of departure. Upgrade vouchers are subject to availability and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You can call the Flying Co helpline to check whether an upgrade is likely to be available. Upgrades can't be guaranteed, however, and will only be confirmed at check in. If the company traveller is unable to be upgraded on that flight, the voucher will remain valid for an upgrade on a subsequent flight. The voucher can be passed to another traveller, if not used.
