The onward carrier will apply the conditions of sale of the original ticket booked on their service which can include no-show fees, cancellation charges, penalty fees or the need to pay for an upgrade on the next flight if a lower class is not available.

  • Passengers are advised of the need to pass through Customs and passport control and check-in again with their baggage at the connecting airlines' main check-in desks instead of transit desks - even if luggage doesn't need to be checked in.

  • Passengers must ensure they have the correct documentation to arrive into the UK and leave plenty of time between flights.

  • Virgin Atlantic and other airlines' prices shown may differ from those quoted directly on www.virgin-atlantic.com and the individual airline websites. Premium cabin prices, such as business class, are not available through the flight connector tool.
