1. The fares shown include pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change).

2. Fares shown are correct as of 06 November 2009, but are subject to change.

3. The fare must be booked and paid for by 05 January 2010.

4. The fare is for outbound travel between the departure periods shown, with unlimited free stopovers in Hong Kong permitted.

5. The fares have a maximum stay of 12 months. There is no minimum stay.

6. Flying Club miles, bonus miles and tier points are available on this fare.

7. Children (under 12) pay 75% of the full adult fare. Infants (under 2) pay 10% of the full adult fare (exclusive of passenger taxes, fees charges and surcharges) if not occupying a seat. Please call 1300 727 340 to book infant fares.

8. All travel is strictly subject to availability. The number of seats available on each flight at the offer price is restricted and it is possible that the seats allocated to this offer on a particular flight may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes. Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.

9. Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available from Virgin Atlantic.

10. Once a booking has been confirmed and ticketed changes are permitted subject to availability. Changes are permitted at a cost of AUD100 within the same ticket seasonality and booking class.

11. Once booked, this ticket is non-refundable. The ticket may be used as credit towards purchase of a higher fare calculated from the point of origin. A fee of AUD100 applies at the time of exchange.

12. Once tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.

13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
