Check in between noon and 9pm the night before you fly from London Gatwick then turn up at the Gate at least 50 minutes prior to departure with your boarding pass. It really is that easy and a real bonus if you're on an early morning flight.

Soak up the last drop of Caribbean sunshine at participating hotels. Our staff will check you in at your hotel, give you your boarding card and take your bags in a secure van to the airport. All you have to do is pick your favourite lounger by the pool, order a cool drink and ensure you are at the airport 50 minutes prior to departure.

Please note, from 1 March 2010, passengers wishing to Check-in and Chill out, will now be charged USD10 to use this service. Virgin Holidays agents will be available at all participating hotels, to take payment and issue a voucher which entitles the use of Check-in Chill out.

For information on when the Virgin Holidays representatives are available, passengers are advised to contact their hotel front desk.

If you are a Virgin Holidays passenger, you will be given a Check-in Chill out voucher to use for free, as part of your holiday package.

Upper Class passengers can continue to use this service free of charge and without the need of a voucher.

Gold card holders can also enjoy this service free of charge, on presentation of their Gold card.

Spend more time at Disney and less time at the airport with our Virgin Check In service at the westside of Downtown Disney®, parking lot L & M. Check In is open 8.15am to 1pm, seven days a week. It's free to Upper Class and Flying Club Gold passengers. There's a $10 charge for everyone else.

The fabulous new off airport check in kiosks are the fastest and easy way to check in. They are located in 4 Las Vegas lcoations.

Check In at the Airport Express Train (AEL) facilities at either the Hong Kong or Kowloon Stations. They are open from 0600 - midnight daily. You can check in on the day, up until 90 minutes before departure. Then, simply board the AEL to the airport and proceed as normal through passport control.
