1. The sale fare shown includes pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change).
2. The sale fare must be booked and paid for by 01 March 2010.
3. The sale fare is for outbound travel between the departure periods shown.
4. The sale fare has a maximum stay of 12 months.

7. Limousine transfers are not included with this special fare (Z Class). For higher fares (D and J class) limousine transfers are included.
8. This special offer fare is booked in Z class. Higher fares are booked in D and J class.
9. All travel is strictly subject to availability. The number of seats available on each flight at the offer price is restricted and it is possible that the seats allocated to this offer on a particular flight may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes. Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.

11 Once a booking has been confirmed changes are permitted anytime within the same booking class - a AUD50 revalidation fee applies. Before departure cancellations are permitted at a cost of AUD550. After departure, cancellations are not permitted - no refund will be made available.
12. Once tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
13. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
