1. The fare shown includes pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change).

2. Fare shown is correct as of 29 October 2009, but is subject to change.

3. This special fare does not include limousine transfers.

4. This fare is only applicable on Virgin Atlantic flights between Sydney and Hong Kong.

5. The fare has a maximum stay of 12 months.

6. Flying Club miles, bonus miles and tier points are available with this offer.

7. Accompanied children aged between 2-11 years inclusive pay 75% of the fare shown above. Infants under the age of 2 years pay 10% of the fare shown above.

8. All travel is strictly subject to availability. The number of seats available on each flight at the offer price is restricted and it is possible that the seats allocated to this offer on a particular flight may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes. Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.

9. Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available from Virgin Atlantic.

10. Once a booking has been confirmed changes are permitted in the same class (Z) at a cost of AUD50. Changes are subject to availability and dependent on the new travel period chosen. If a date change falls into a higher fare season the passenger must pay the difference in fare.

11. Cancellations are not permitted before departure at a cost of AUD375.

12. Refunds are not permitted at any time.

13. Once tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.

14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
