1. The fare shown includes pre-paid passenger taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (subject to change). Fare correct as of 29 October 2009.
2. The fare is for outbound travel between the departure periods shown. The fare must be booked by 06 November 2009.
3. The maximum stay for these fares is 12 months.
4. Flying Club miles, bonus miles and tier points are available with this offer.
5. Children (under 12) pay 75% of the full adult fare (exclusive of passenger taxes, fees charges and surcharges). Infants (without a seat) pay 10% of the adult fare (under 2) and are not available to purchase online. They must be purchased through the Virgin Atlantic call centre (1300 727 340). Unaccompanied children (under 12) pay full adult fare.
6. All travel is strictly subject to availability. The number of seats available on each flight at the offer price is restricted and it is possible that the seats allocated to this offer on a particular flight may be fully booked, even though seats are still available in other booking classes. Some flights may have no availability on certain dates and popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability.
7. Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available from Virgin Atlantic.
8. Once a booking has been confirmed changes are permitted at a cost of AUD50before departures are permitted at a cost of AUD550. If the change results in a new fare season or class, the difference in fare must also be paid. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted.
9. Once tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
