DEPARTING VIRGIN ATLANTIC FROM TERMINAL 3

Flying long-haul is an exciting experience, even grown men regress to little boys at the thought. In recent years the only thing getting in the way of this excitement has been London Heathrow Airport. Fortunately Virgin Atlantic’s new terminal within a terminal has re-invented easy check in, and if you’re flying Upper Class we’ve even given you a dedicated security channel so you don’t have to queue with everyone else to go through to departures.

For our Economy and Premium Economy passengers the Virgin Atlantic wing of Terminal 3 offers a bright and airy space. There are lots of bag drop desks for those who have checked in online and lots of kiosks for those who still need to check in. And if you get stuck there’s a Virgin Atlantic member of staff there to help.

If you’re flying with us in Upper Class and have a chauffer-driven car taking you to Terminal 3, you’ll be dropped off in our state of the art new check in facility built specifically for our Upper Class passengers. And with the private security channel you’ll be sipping a cocktail in the Clubhouse before you know it.
