CUSTOMER CHARTERAT THE AIRPORT
We ask that you arrive at the airport to check in a minimum of three hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. If you check in later than the stipulated time, you may risk losing your reservation.
We also ask that you arrive at the specified departure gate at least 30 minutes before departure. We will do all we can to speed up the check in process, and ensure on time departure for our flights. Sometimes, for a variety of reasons, passengers are unable to turn up for their flights. We understand that this can and does happen, but our aim is to have all of our seats filled on every flight. On some occasions we find we have more passengers for a flight than there are seats available. In the event that this happens, we always strive to first seek volunteers who are prepared to travel on an alternative flight in order to minimise the number of people who are involuntarily denied boarding. Delays are a frustrating but sometimes inevitable part of air travel. In the event that a delay situation arises, we will notify you as soon as possible, and provide you with the best available information. We comply with the requirements of the European Union's Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of Denied boarding, flight cancellations and long delays. |
