In true Virgin spirit, we think raising money can be great fun and we also think there's nothing like supportive partners. In the last two years we've combined the two and raised more than £200,000 for our charity partners, who include Kids Company, Foyer Federation, Riders for Health and Starfish.

In 2008, our staff chose to support the Chestnut Tree Children's Hospice and Water for All and we're working hard to raise over £70,000 for these charities in the coming months.

Some of our more adventurous staff have wholeheartedly taken onboard the 'fun' approach to fundraising and recent activities have included swimming the notorious San Francisco Bay to escape from Alcatraz!
