Passenger information

To comply with an international agreement between the European union (EU) and the USA, Virgin Atlantic will pass certain travel information about passengers flying between the EU and USA to the US Department of Homeland Security. This information is used to combat terrorism and other aviation security concerns. Information will be held for 15 years or longer where the information is related to a specific case.
