Our domestic flights are also equipped with comprehensive first aid equipment. Unfortunately there is no dedicated safe stowage for an onboard wheelchair so we are unable to offer this facility on our domestic routes.
Every member of our cabin crew receives first aid training.
Additionally, all our aircraft have been fitted with a diagnostic device called Tempus. This allows our fully trained senior crew members to measure the vital signs of an unwell passenger (such as blood pressure and pulse rate), which can then be relayed to ground-based specialists.
We can also provide oxygen onboard if you need it, but you’ll need to contact our Special Assistance team at least 72 hours before your flight if you think you will. You can find full information on our onboard oxygen page.
