As a Premium Economy passenger, you can choose from our selection of three delicious main courses – and decide whether you’d prefer a red or white wine to accompany your meal. There’s also an after-dinner liqueur waiting alongside your coffee? Now that’s premium service.

Sanderling White, South-East Australia – a white with generous fruit and a medium-bodied yet refreshing balance. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris for body, with Colombard and Verdelho for vivacity. Created in South Australia by the multi-talented Ian Matthews.

Sanderling Red, South-East Australia – a backbone of mature vintages gives this red a gentle, mellow character. Shiraz is the main grape variety, with Merlot giving softness and Sangiovese offering a savoury nuance. Easy to drink by itself and with a meal.
