You’ll find checking in with us is simple at Indira Gandhi’s Terminal 3. If you check in online you’ll find our bag drop at desk K3. Check in desks are available at K1-K7.
Please note: All passengers must have a copy of their e-ticket to gain access to the terminal building, or by displaying a soft copy on a laptop, iPhone, tablet or smartphone.
Home printed boarding passes
All passengers travelling on a home printed boarding pass must go to the Virgin Atlantic check in desk to have their boarding pass validated before they make their way to Airport Security.
Flights on our partner airlines
The check in process for airlines can vary, so if you’re flying with one of our partners we recommend you check their website for more information.
When flying with a partner airline we recommend you check in three hours before your scheduled departure to avoid losing your reservation.
When to arrive for your flight
We recommend you get to the airport with plenty of time to spare – it’s a good way to avoid last-minute stress! As a rule of thumb:
- Virgin Atlantic flights: arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight is due to leave.
- Partner airline flights: we recommend you check in three hours before your scheduled departure.
