Technology and treats in Tokyo

Get your bearings and take in the view from the top of the Tokyo Tower. For electronics, gadgets and all things tech, the Akihabara area is a must-go. For anything camera-related I’d recommend a store called Yodobashi. You can usually get a 5% discount if you bring your passport and departure card.”

“If you have a sweet tooth like me, then you will love Japanese sweets. My personal favourite are the Meiji brand, which can be found in all supermarkets. But try the traditional ones too – Mochi’s are made of sweet, glutinous sticky rice and mostly filled with red beans.”

“Nightlife in Vegas starts during the day. The pool parties are amazing. Best ones to try are Ditch at the Palms hotel, Wet Republic at MGM Grand and Rehab at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. They often have top DJs and celebrity guest hosts.
