How to book

Quote your Flying Club membership number at the time of booking and present your card at hotel check-in.

Book your next stay at or contact your nearest reservations office. Find your nearest reservations office (opens in a new window)

Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing partner miles form. Please note: you have to be a logged in Flying Club member to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

Terms and conditions

Earning miles:
750 miles awarded per stay.
Miles are awarded per room, not per person.
Miles can only be earned on eligible rates at participating hotels. The following rates do not qualify: government rates, package rates, negotiated corporate rates, tour operator rates, employee rates, travel industry rates, and group rates.
