Quote your Flying Club membership number at time of booking.
Show your Flying Club membership card at Check In and ask to add your Flying Club number to your reservation.
Keep all copies of your original receipts until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing partner miles form. Please note: you have to be a logged in Flying Club member to view the Claim Missing Miles form.
Miles can be earned on qualifying rates only.

Bookings made by an agent or third-party, such as tour operators, or bookings made via a third-party channels, including but not limited to, expedia.com, hotwire.com, orbtiz.com, travelocity.com, and booking.com are not eligible for miles. Group bookings, airline crew and/or contract rates, employee rates, complimentary rates, and friends and family rates are also not eligible for miles.
For miles to be awarded, the Flying Club Member must have been a registered guest and the bill must be in his/her name.
