On international short haul flights guests can enjoy: Business Class, Premium Economy (available on selected flights) and Economy. On domestic flights guests have a choice of either Business Class or Economy.

Book your Virgin Australia flights directly by visiting www.virginaustralia.com (opens in a new window) or call the airline direct internationally on +61 7 3295 2296 and remember to quote your Flying Club membership number.
Please show your Flying Club membership card at check in.
When claiming miles please keep all copies of your original tickets/e-tickets and boarding passes until the correct amount of miles appear on your account. If the miles do not show on your account within six weeks, complete a claim missing miles form.
Please note: you must be logged in to your Flying Club account to view the Claim Missing Miles form.

Miles earned retrospectively can only be claimed for up to 6 months after the date of travel. Miles will be issued to Flying Club members when travelling in the following qualifying classes:
Discounted Economy Class: M, S, U, T, Q, V, N, E
Economy Class: L, K, H, B, Y
Premium Economy Class: O, R, W
Discounted Business Class : D, I
Business Class : C, J
Miles cannot be earned in the following booking classes: Z, P, X

Reservations made at least 14 days before departure must be ticketed within 14 days after the reservation is made or at least 14 days before departure, whichever comes first. Reservations made within 14 days of departure must be ticketed within 24 hours.
